This patient is a 52-year-old woman from Spokane, Washington, who wanted Smartlipo due to a “desire to get rid of excessive body fat and difficulty doing so with diet and exercise alone”. She is 5’6” and weighs 163 pounds. The areas she is interested in treating with Smartlipo are: abdomen, flanks or muffin top, neck and inner thighs.

Her Smartlipo procedure was performed on June 10, 2010, using the Cynosure Smartlipo Triplex laser system and tumescent local anesthetic here in the office under light sedation. A total of 3.4 liters of fat were removed from the abdomen and flanks during a single procedure that took approximately 2 hours. Her recovery was uneventful with essentially no bruising.

These after pictures are taken 4 months after her Smartlipo procedure. She is thrilled with the results, especially the 3 inch loss in her waist measurement. Her weight is now 154 pounds and she is more motivated than ever to eat a healthy diet and maintain her exercise regimen. She is now interested in getting Dysport®and additional areas for body sculpting. Her next area will be chin/neck and inner thighs.
